My Book: A Test for Our Time

Almost every day we hear stories about people who have accomplished extraordinary things in their lives. What we may not realize is how often these people started out in mundane ways, seeming unlikely to succeed. When we think of heroes, we typically think of “first responders”—the police, firefighters, and medical professionals, who put their lives on the line.
